Legal Disclaimer
Please read this before using Eviction Notice Fast
EvictionNoticeFast.com (“Eviction Notice Fast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a document delivery and record-keeping service that helps users send their own documents via USPS Certified Mail and track the delivery. This page explains what we do, what we don’t do, and what you are responsible for when using this website.
1) We are not a law firm (and we do not provide legal advice)
Eviction Notice Fast is not a law firm, attorney, legal aid service, or substitute for an attorney. Nothing on this website, and no communication from us, should be interpreted as legal advice. We do not advise you on eviction strategy, notice requirements, timelines, wording, service rules, or court procedures.
If you need help deciding what to send, when to send it, or whether your notice complies with your state’s laws, you should consult a qualified attorney or legal professional in your jurisdiction.
2) What we do
We provide a delivery and documentation service. When you use our site, you may upload a document (such as an eviction notice) and submit mailing instructions. We then facilitate printing and mailing of your document via USPS Certified Mail, provide tracking information, and retain related records (such as order details and delivery status) for your convenience.
- We send the document you provide (we do not edit or rewrite it).
- We provide Certified Mail fulfillment and tracking where available.
- We maintain an order record and related delivery information for your files.
3) What we do NOT do
To avoid confusion, here are things we do not do:
- We do not draft, create, modify, complete, review, or select legal documents for you.
- We do not tell you which notice is required, what language to use, or what deadlines apply.
- We do not verify that your document is legally sufficient, correct, complete, or enforceable.
- We do not guarantee that a court will accept your documents, proof, timeline, or delivery method.
- We do not provide “service of process” or act as a process server unless explicitly stated elsewhere.
- We do not guarantee USPS delivery timeframes or scan events (USPS controls those systems).
4) Your responsibilities
By using our site, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The content of any document you upload (including accuracy, wording, and completeness).
- Choosing the correct notice type for your situation and state.
- Meeting any statutory notice requirements and deadlines.
- Providing correct recipient and return addresses and ensuring they are deliverable.
- Keeping copies of all communications and records you may need for court or disputes.
If you are unsure about any of the above, consult an attorney before sending anything.
5) Certified Mail, tracking, and “proof” language
We use “proof,” “court-ready,” and similar terms to describe the delivery documentation typically associated with USPS Certified Mail (such as tracking numbers, mailing dates, and delivery status). These terms do not mean we are providing legal advice or guaranteeing court acceptance.
USPS tracking events and delivery scans are generated and controlled by USPS. Delays, missed scans, delivery issues, or routing problems can occur. We do not control USPS operations and cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or scan completeness.
6) Third-party fulfillment
Mail may be prepared and sent either in-house or through trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Regardless of fulfillment method, you acknowledge that physical mail processing involves third parties (including USPS) and is subject to their systems, policies, and performance.
7) No warranties
This website and our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties or representations regarding legal outcomes, court acceptance, USPS delivery timeframes, or the sufficiency of any mailing for your intended purpose.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eviction Notice Fast and its owners, operators, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, rent, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the website or services, including delays or failures by USPS or other third parties.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9) Trademark notice
USPS® is a trademark of the United States Postal Service. Eviction Notice Fast is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS. Any USPS-related terms used on this site are used for descriptive purposes only.
